Something happened last night which forced me to make a decision to stop updating both my weblogs - this one and my bulgarian one. I've tried my best but nobody cares. Well, I don't care too!

Faithless - To All New Arrivals |
] |

To All New Arrivals is the 5th studio album by Faithless. The album was created after the phenomenal response Faithless received when they went on their Greatest Hits tour, which they originally described as their "final tour". The album will follow by a week, the release of the first single from the album "Bombs". The album is due for release on 27 November 2006, with "Bombs" being released on 20 November 2006. The title for the album was originally thought of due to at the time, Rollo having just had a baby, and Sister Bliss' baby being due in the next few days. Maxi loved the title, partly due to his Buddhist faith and partly due to his parents being new arrivals to the UK in the 1950s. The band believe it to be their best album to date. The tagline for advertisement is:
For all those who stood up and were counted, For all those for whom money was no motive, For all those for whom music was a message, I want to thank you.
I'm not sure if this album is Faithless's best album to date but I know that I will never forget their concert in Bulgaria back in 2004!

Today I watched The Covenant. It's one of these movies which you know it's probably bullshit but still go to the cinema for the action. That's what I did =) Of course I knew that the people behind it were involved in the making of Underworld which is one of my favorite movies. But The Covenant wasn't what I expected. So, do not watch it! It's not worth downloading it either.

I'm back again. It's been more than two, three days as I told you I would be away from here.
I spent the last week at home with my family and had a chance to meet some friends. Right now I'm in Sofia where I live and study. There are a couple of interesting things that are happening in my life. Remember I wrote about the remaining question? Whether I'll be able to live in Bulgaria the same way I did in the states? I think I have an answer which came two days ago. But I'll tell it to you next week and you'll understand why :)
Meanwhile I got used to the bulgarian reality. There wasn't any cultural shock but now I see everything around me differently. I feel I'm not the same person I was. I met most of my friends and I'm really happy about that. Life goes on and on, and on...

Yes. That's it! Tomorrow I'm flying back to Bulgaria whether I like it or not. Of course I'm happy about the fact that I'll see my favorite people and friends in a couple of days. But the question remains: will I be able to continue to live the way I've done here or the reality in my home country will put me back on the place I was before this summer? I think time will tell...
I'll be away for the next two, three days. And I'll see some of you face to face which is exciting =)

I've finished working for this summer. And I cannot believe it's almost over and one week from now I'll be in Bulgaria. I feel both happy and sad about that. I've become part of the american reality and now I think I understand what kind of cultural shock will be back at home.
Tomorrow I'm going to Boston as I wrote about this a couple of weeks ago. I feel excited and I hope to be able to see as much things there as possible. I don't care how much money I'll spend because it's worth it. I've already been told that Boston is a beautiful city with a lot of historical places to see. I'm looking forward to buying some presents so you can post your requests here and I'll see what I can do =)
Probably I'll have an internet connection at my friend's house so I'll be posting my impressions on lifejournal. Stay tuned!

I've always enjoyed taking pictures. Mostly at parties, clubs or places I find interesting somehow. Also I don't like taking pictures of myself but always do it =)
I was browsing around when I found some pictures that I took long time ago. You can view them here. This is my favorite one, taken at club Hide, Sofia, earlier this year.

I'm big fan of the ABC's hit series LOST. In fact, one of my first posts on lj was about the show but then I deleted it for better tomorrow =)
I felt a little bit dissapointed by the premiere of season three of Lost last week. It was a good episode though :) Tonight I watched the second one which I think was awesome. Lots of things happened but I'll remain silent because I don't want to spoil my old fellow Brani ;) The show is getting better. Credits to the creators!
I'm going to post interesting stuff related to Lost during this season. Stay tuned =)

This summer I met a lot of americans and now I have pretty much an idea what kind of people they are. There was a family who I helped painting their summer house which is in a town close to mine. They live in Boston and they offered me to stay with them. Yesterday I had a confirmation that it's ok to visit them and now I'm so excited I'll be able to see more of the states. I have two more weeks working at the Hartstone Inn and then I'm going to Boston for a week or something like that. Stay tuned for more info...
Also I had a short chat with a friend on ICQ who just went back in Bulgaria. He told me that it's good to be home but he's still in some sort of a cultural shock whatever that means. I guess I'll find out soon.

These days everybody have their very own MySpace pages. Even I have one. I wonder why... The first time I heard about this website I thought it would be some sort of online dating place and I didn't pay much attention to it. After a short period of time most of the people I know began creating their MySpace pages and I was like: "OK. This gotta be something. I'll check it out." I remember I spent a couple of hours adjusting different things and then started adding my friends. Now I check MySpace everyday and most of the time I have fun with it. I guess this is the newest way to waste your time in the net and it's successful so far.
So, I'm gonna see if I have a new friend request waiting for me...

Tonight was the season premiere of the new CBS's series called Jericho. You can find more info about it here. I have watched a lot of series this summer and none of them have gotten my attention like this one. I think it's because it reminds me of Lost but you'll see what I mean when you watch the first ep. Start digging the net for it!

It's been a long time since I created this account on LJ.com. My first idea was to start an english-speaking blog which would be connected to my bulgarian one (which is under construction now). Well, it didn't go by my expectations and my livejournal journey ended with something like three posts which I deleted long time ago. Now I decided to start this blog again and only time will tell how it'll go. So, hello everybody. I'm back!
=)
